Dear Kelly, Kay, Alexis and team:

It has been nearly three weeks since the passing of my Father. I would like to extend a large thank you for the outreach shared by Kelly and Kay following my father's loss. I cannot tell you how touched I was to receive the personal message from each of you acknowledging his passing and the kind words that you extended.

SUNRIDGE is a best-in-class facility. At the on-set of looking at facilities for my father, I was very cautious to make certain that his best interest would be kept first and foremost, and that the facility of choice would be well-maintained, well-staffed and with the utmost attention to the care of the residents. I cannot begin to tell you how SUNRIDGE exceeded our family's expectations.

From the hands-on communication of the management and office staff to the ever-giving support and help provided by Kyle in your maintenance team and Kayla and Kristy in your housekeeping staff. Each individual exuding nothing short of a positive "how may I help" attitude. I can only hope that future families looking to place care for their aging parents are aware of the professional and kind-hearted team members of SUNRIDGE.

To understand the emotional, physical, mental fatigue and stress that is associated with placing your loved ones in a facility is a genuine gift. It is my sincere belief that SUNRIDGE has selected staff that demonstrate a nurturing, sincere quality and my hope is that the ownership within this privately held establishment is fully aware of the exemplary people behind the facilities success.
